Shipping policy

We currently ship orders to Switzerland and France.

Switzerland

Orders to Switzerland are shipped within an estimated timeframe of 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping is free for purchases over 65 CHF.
Below this amount, the shipping fee is 7 CHF.

France

Orders to France are shipped within an estimated timeframe of 10 to 14 business days.
The shipping fee is 8 €.

For orders shipped to France, customs fees, the French VAT of 20%, as well as any customs duties may be charged upon receipt by the relevant authorities or the carrier. Customs duties may apply if the order amount exceeds 150 €.

These potential fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Information

Delivery times are provided as a guideline. They may vary depending on the destination, peak periods, or carrier delays.

In case of an error in the delivery address provided by the customer, unclaimed packages, or inability to deliver, the costs related to a reshipment may be charged.

Once the order is handed over to the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the delivery service.

In case of confirmed loss or damage during transit, an appropriate solution may be proposed after reviewing the case.
