Order & payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card through a secure payment system.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been confirmed?

Once the order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or canceled. If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at hello@eliott-eloee.ch and we will do our best to assist you.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation email is sent to you after your order is validated. You will also receive an email when your package is shipped.
Which currencies can I pay in?
You can pay for your order in CHF or in EUR, depending on the market displayed in the store.

Delivery

Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Switzerland and France.
What are the delivery times?
In Switzerland, orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
For France, the timelines are more like 10 to 14 business days.
These timelines are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on the carrier.
What are the shipping costs?

In Switzerland, delivery is free for purchases over 65 CHF. Below this amount, the delivery fee is 6 CHF.

For France, the delivery fee is 8 €.

Are there any additional fees for orders to France?

Yes, for orders shipped to France, customs fees, the French VAT of 20%, as well as any customs duties may be required upon receipt.

What happens if my package cannot be delivered?

If the provided address is incorrect or if the package cannot be delivered, the costs related to a new shipment may be at your expense.

What to do in case of delay, loss, or damage?

In case of delay, you should first contact the carrier.

In case of confirmed loss of the package, a solution may be proposed, such as a refund or a new shipment.

In case of proven damage, we will carefully review your request.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, some products can be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, La Brume and the Care Oil cannot be returned.

What is the return request deadline?
You have 7 days from the receipt of your order to contact us and request a return.
How do I make a return request?

Just write to us at hello@eliott-eloee.ch indicating:

  • your first and last name
  • your order number
  • the product in question
  • the reason for the return

If the return is accepted after verification, the refund can be processed within 30 days after receiving the returned product, excluding shipping costs.

Who pays the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products

Who are the Eliott & Eloée products aimed at?
Eliott & Eloée care products have been designed for babies and young children with sensitive, dry, or atopic-prone skin. Depending on the products, they may also be suitable for the whole family.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our products have been formulated with special attention for the sensitive skin of little ones.
Can the products be used from birth?
Some products can be used from birth. We invite you to consult each product sheet to find the specific usage instructions for each care item.
Are the products natural?
Our products highlight a natural and botanical approach, with carefully selected ingredients. Depending on the references, some formulas are made from 100% natural origin and/or contain ingredients from organic farming.
Are the products fragranced?

The products do not emphasize an added fragrance logic. Some contain plant or floral ingredients that can naturally provide a light scent, varying according to batches and raw materials.
