By parties, it is understood on one hand Sesia Nature, whose registered office is in La Tour-de-Peilz (Switzerland). Hereinafter referred to as "the seller."

By using this website and placing orders on it, you agree to:

All product purchases are therefore subject to their availability in stock. Otherwise, the seller will inform the consumer. The products presented are photographed and displayed with the greatest possible accuracy. However, colors may slightly vary from the screen and its brightness. Article 5. VALIDITY OF OFFERS AND PRICES
The validity of the offer depends on the products presented on the site (www.eliott-eloee.ch) as well as their availability in stock. In case of unavailability of the product, the seller commits, as far as possible, to inform you before the validation of your payment. Otherwise, if the payment has already been made, we will refund all amounts paid, including any delivery charges, as soon as possible, using the same payment method you used for the transaction. In any case, this refund will incur no costs to you. All prices are indicated in Swiss francs. Products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration. Article 6. FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

The contract is formed upon the buyer's order, formalized by this click. You will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (hereinafter the "Order Confirmation"). Article 7. PURCHASE PROCEDURE

The consumer may modify their cart and contact details before payment validation. The total cost of the cart's contents is displayed on the order summary page. Only payments in Swiss francs are accepted.
Article 8. REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER
Although we always strive to fulfill all orders, exceptional circumstances may arise that require us to refuse to process an order after sending you the Order Confirmation, such as a manufacturing or stock issue, a payment incident, or a regulatory problem. We reserve this right at any time. In this case, if payment has already been made, we will refund all amounts paid, including delivery fees, as soon as possible, using the same payment method you used for the transaction. In any case, this refund will incur no charges to you. We reserve the right to withdraw, at any time, any product from this website and to replace or modify any content or information on it. We will not be liable to you or any third party for our decision to withdraw a product from this website, to replace or modify any content or information on this website, or for our refusal to process an order, in the cases mentioned above, after sending the Order Confirmation.
Article 9. PAYMENT
The price is due upon ordering and in a single payment. Any attempt at fraud, for any amount and regardless of its origin, will be subject to legal action.
Payment method: The payment methods offered are by credit card. Regarding payment by credit card, the buyer validates their delivery and billing address as well as the product and total price. They provide their credit card number along with the expiration date and CVX code. The order can then be finalized. The choice of credit card is protected by the Stripe solution, which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the transmitted information is encrypted by software, and no third party can access it during transport over the network.
Payment default: The seller reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or honor an order from a consumer who has not fully paid for an order.
Payment verification: By clicking on "Buy", you confirm that the credit card belongs to you. The seller checks all orders that have been validated on their site. These checks aim to protect the seller from abusive practices by fraudsters. Our services may request all necessary documents to unblock your order: proof of residence or debit in your name, or proof of residence in the name of the person indicated for the delivery address, etc. These requests will be made by email. Credit cards are subject to validity checks and authorization from the issuing organization of these cards. If we do not receive the required payment authorization, we will not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver the products, and we will not be able to enter into a contract with you.

Article 10. DELIVERY
Delivery terms: The products sold on the site are deliverable in Switzerland.
Delivery times: The dispatch of available items is carried out by the Post within 2 to 5 working days. Any delay in delivery by the Post cannot be attributed to us.
In the event that the Post cannot deliver to the customer (incorrect address, P.O. box, mail tracking service without package tracking...), the costs necessary for the new shipment will be borne by the customer. The customer cannot in any case request a cancellation of the order or a refund.
Delivery pricing policy: From the moment of collection, you are the owner and responsible for the product. Except in cases of hidden defects or product defects, any damage to the product occurring after the day of collection will be considered as resulting from your own actions and cannot be opposed to the seller for a request for refund or exchange. Attention: All products sent by the seller are carefully checked and show no damage, so if your order arrives damaged and you still collect the product, it will be considered that you accept the package in its condition at the time of collection. Thus, any damage to the product occurring after collection will be non-opposable to the seller and cannot justify a request for refund or exchange.
Article 11. DELAY, LOSS, DAMAGE
Delay: No delay in delivery can engage the seller's liability from the moment the package is deposited at the post office. In this case, you should contact the carrier's service in question.
Loss: In case of confirmed loss of the package, we commit to either fully refund you as soon as possible or send you the same order at your convenience. Damage: After processing your request and in case of proven damage, the seller commits to refund you or proceed with the exchange at their expense as soon as possible.
Article 12. RETURNS
The shipping costs related to the return are at your expense.
Return requests are processed based on the condition of the product. Apart from La Brume and the Care Oil which cannot be returned, only unused products, still in their original packaging and sealed with a seal in the case of Liniment, can be returned to us.

Your email must contain the following information: first name/last name, order number, product reference, and reason for the return.

We advise you to return the product with a signature. If not, we will not accept any claims in case of issues.
Upon receipt, the product is inspected by us. We will either validate or deny the refund and inform you of our decision. The product must strictly conform to its original condition, be suitable for resale, unopened, and unused.
If the returned product is incomplete, damaged, or without its original packaging, it cannot be accepted. It will be returned to you at your expense, and you will not be able to obtain a refund. Only products that meet the return requirements can be refunded (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
Article 13. LEGAL WARRANTIES
Check the condition of the delivered goods without delay to exclude any obvious manufacturing defects, as well as damages due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to report any defect or anomaly affecting the delivered goods to allow us to remedy it.
Article 14. DATA PROTECTION
All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for managing the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies as part of the order management.
Article 15. LIABILITY AND APPLICABLE LAW
The seller cannot be held responsible for any damages, whether material, immaterial, or bodily, that may result from improper use of the marketed products. The seller's liability cannot be invoked for simple errors or omissions that may have persisted despite all precautions taken in the presentation of the products. This contract is governed by Swiss law. The applicable law is Swiss law, and any disputes will be handled by the District Court of the East Vaudois. Claims or disputes will always be received with attentive goodwill, good faith being always presumed in those who take the trouble to present their claims. In case of a dispute, the consumer should first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution.
