Refund policy

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your order.

However, if you wish to request a return, you have a period of 7 days from the receipt of your order to contact us at the following address: hello@eliott-eloee.ch. Your request must include your first name, last name, order number, the product concerned, and the reason for the return.

Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products, in their original packaging and in perfect resalable condition. For the Liniment, the product must also be still sealed with its cap.

For hygiene and safety reasons, The Mist and the Care Oil cannot be returned.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. After your request is accepted, the product must be sent back to the following address:

We recommend that you return the item using a tracked or signed delivery. In the absence of proof of shipment, no claims can be accepted in case of loss of the package.

Upon receipt, the product will be inspected. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed excluding shipping costs, within a period of up to 30 days following the receipt of the returned product.

Any product returned opened, used, incomplete, damaged, or without its original packaging will not be refunded and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
